The HAVen Gluten Flow-Through Test allows non-technical users to detect the presence of gluten in food and raw materials, surface swabs, part-processed foods and finished products quickly and with minimum equipment, yet sensitive enough to confirm gluten levels in a wide range of food commodities and products that are within the Codex guidelines. The Gluten Flow-Through Test can help validate and verify: gluten levels in raw materials prior to their use in manufacturing; the effectiveness of gluten free manufacturing processes and clean-down routines; the gluten free status of finished products. There are no false positives and this test cannot be overloaded with gluten as seen in other rapid tests. |
